In the interests of high quality of our services, we have prepared a form for you to report defects, which will ensure smooth transition through the complaint process and facilitate contact with the service department.

  1. When making a complaint via the web form, please send the defects one by one, using a separate form if they concern different types of complaints.
  2. The notification should contain a detailed description of the defects and, if possible, demonstration pictures.
  3. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address provided in your application

You may attach documentation, e.g. photos, to the form as a separate file. The size of the file must not exceed 5 MB. You may attach up to 5 files per submission
