This Saturday, customers can look forward to a burst of new offerings. –We have prepared an extensive range of options. In the Miasto Moje development, we have launched sales for the final building within the seventh stage of the project. Spacious three-room apartments are available there, starting from 58 square meters. At the Ursus Centralny project, clients will discover two-bedroom apartments starting from 40 square meters. Meanwhile, in the green surroundings of the Zielono Mi development in Dolny Mokotów, 92 apartments ranging from 44 to 95 square meters have been made available for sale. Ursus Centralny and Miasto Moje are flagship projects of RONSON Development, appreciated by customers. Zielono Mi is a RONSON Development investment situated in Warsaw’s Siekierki area, on Dolny Mokotów. The initial phase of the project comprises two buildings with 92 apartments. The surfaces start from 44 square meters and reach up to 95 square meters. The project, as its name suggests, is immersed in greenery. – As part of the Zielono Mi neighborhood, we have prioritized harmony with the surrounding nature. The building facades are adorned with greenery. Additionally, within the estate, there are rainwater retention systems, photovoltaic panels, and ecological flower meadows, creating an environmentally friendly atmosphere. For cyclists, we have provided bike racks and installed an outdoor charging station for electric cars. Furthermore, residents will benefit from advanced technological solutions as part of the “smart home” package, allowing them to manage their homes conveniently and efficiently, while also contributing to energy savings and reducing property maintenance costs.
