RONSON responds to a strong demand and completes the offer
RONSON Development has launched 78 new apartments for sale in the fourth building of stage 4 of the Ursus Centralny investment in Warsaw. The representatives of the Company assure that this is an expression of the implemented strategy of a stable supply building and a response to the very quickly sold out offer of the earlier stages.
– Increased customer activity, related to the belief that real estate is the safest form of capital investment in uncertain times, heated the market. Apartments are selling very quickly and on a large scale. In response to this, we consistently supplement our offer – says Boaz Haim, RONSON’s CEO. – Our land bank is currently secured for 4 200 units and we are constantly expanding it. This year, the offer will be supplemented with 807 apartments in total.
Meanwhile, RONSON is expanding its existing investments. Construction works carried out by KARMAR on the next, fourth stage of the Ursus Centralny project (buildings 3 and 4), which will be ready in the fourth quarter of 2023, have been underway since mid-June. The developer has just launched the sale of this stage.
URSUS CENTRALNY IS EXPANDING
The 4th building of the fourth stage of the Ursus Centralny investment was designed as an intimate block, with only 78 apartments with areas ranging from 31,76 to 78,10 m2. At this stage, two and three-room apartments predominate. – The fourth stage of the investment is unique not only because of the compact building, but also the proximity of the boulevard with attractions, which distinguishes the entire investment. Residents will find there, among others, creative playgrounds, outdoor gyms or a relaxation zone – says Karolina Bronszewska, Marketing and Innovation Director at RONSON Development.
Ursus Centralny is the largest investment in the developer’s portfolio. A total of nearly 700 apartments will be built in four stages, and the entire estate has been designed for 1 600 units. So far, over 500 apartments have been sold in the project, and stage „I” has already been completed. – Ursus Centralny is a unique project, where we have a sense of building not only blocks of flats, but also creating urban tissue in a district with great potential – says Karolina Bronszewska. – In the project, we refer to its history by combinging modern and industrial elements. For example, murals referring to the heyday of the factory in Ursus are painted on the ground floors of the building. Ursus Centralny is also one of the most-chosen investments in the developer’s offer, especially by people who buy their first apartment and families with children. With them in mind, RONSON has joined the Large Family Card program, thanks to which it is guaranteed free signing of a notarial deed for a development contract, but also focused on a number of eco solutions. – Our investments are very eagerly chosen by young families, which is why we design common spaces with their needs in mind. In today’s world, in addition to the obvious amenities such as playgrounds or the proximity of schools and kindergartens, everything related to ecology is also very important, hence the project includes the green walls on the facade, that reduce CO2 emissions, greenery on the boulevard or retention reservoirs that allow rainwater to drain away – says Karolina Bronszewska.
