RONSON Development with substantial sales volume growth in Q1 2021

In Q1 2021 RONSON Development contracted the sale of 355 units, which is 28% more yoy (277 units) and delivered 185 units versus 387 in Q1 2020.


Continuing RONSON’s positive momentum in 2020, Q1 2021 was very good for RONSON also in terms of sales. We sold 355 units, which is 28% more yoy, and please have in mind, that Q1 of 2020 was already very strong in sales volumes which was 59% more yoy. The number of deliveries was lower yoy due to the rhythm of projects completion, but this will be changing throughout 2021. The Strong sales volumes in the first quarter are the result of our good offer appreciated by our clients, low interest rates impact and visible investment demand. Many people seek safe havens for their capital, whether to maintain the value of money or to buy an apartment for investment, as well as simply a better place to live. Our offer will satisfy various types of buyers and their needs, which is reflected in split of our sales. We see a great demand in every local market where we are present. We are working hard on making the best use of the market environment and momentum. We plan to maintain and improve the level of sales volume recorded in 2020 this year. – says Boaz Haim, CEO of RONSON Development.


We are very satisfied with the sales results achieved in Q1 2021. Our sales and marketing teams are doing their best in order to keep our offer attractive end complex. We are preparing for commencement of new, interesting projects this year, including wide range of types and sizes of apartments as well as compact houses. At the same time, we are constantly developing our successful multi-stage projects Miasto Moje and Ursus Centralny. The earlier stages of the latter investment, sold at a rapid pace, prompted us to implement a bold plan for the coming months: we will supply the offer of Ursus Centralny with nearly 400 apartments this year. RONSON has just introduced the 4th stage of the project, with 123 units. In Q1 2021, the largest number of units were sold in Warsaw-based projects: Ursus Centralny (83, out of which 43 in the phase 2a and 40 in 1b) and Miasto Moje (46) as well as Viva Jagodno in Wrocław (39).

In Q1 2021, the largest number of units were delivered in Warsaw- based Miasto Moje project (81), Vitalia Residence in Wrocław (65) and Poznań – based Grunwald2 (15).
