RONSON Development has launched the presale of the 6th stage of the Miasto moje investment

87 units were included in the pre-sale offer in the building 10th, 6th stage of the Miasto moje investment – RONSON Development project in Warsaw, implemented in Białołęka. The general contractor, HOCHTIEF Polska, assures that the apartments will be ready in 2023.

We are aware of the current movement in the real estate market, which is why we are trying to successively supplement our offer. A strong advantage of the Miasto moje investment is the price per m2 – from PLN 8 800 – which, compared to the Warsaw average, currently 11 500 PLN, is a great incentive for buyers – says Boaz Haim, RONSON’s CEO.

As part of the 6th stage of the investment, two six-storey buildings (10 and 11) will be built, with 220 apartments with balconies or gardens and 8 commercial premises on the ground floor. On the underground floor, a garage hall with nearly 200 parking spaces, storage rooms and storage spaces for bicycles will be planned.

Building 10, which is currently on sale, will house 87 apartments ranging in size from 39 to 103 m2, with gardens up to 96 m2, terraces up to 60 m2 and balconies up to 10 m2. – For the first time in this investment, at the 6th stage, there will also be two-level flats with an area of 59 m2. There will be only a few such premises, so I am convinced that the lucky ones who buy them will enjoy their functionality – says Karolina Bronszewska, Marketing and Innovation Director at RONSON Development. – Such apartments offer great arrangement possibilities, and in everyday life they allow for comfortable separation of the day and night space.

Miasto moje is a flagship project in RONSON’s portfolio, designed for over 1 500 apartments in total. A characteristic feature of the investment in Pasaż Wisła, which has been divided into activity zones, with playgrounds fro children, an outdoor gym, and relaxation zones, surrounded by greenery – so important for the developer in the spaces being built. At the 5th stage of the investment, carried out by the general contractor Denya Cebus, a football pitch will also be built.

RONSON calls Miasto moje investment self-sufficient, because a full commercial and service base is being built within the estate, and the proximity of SKM guarantees quick access to the city center. In the estate, with the youngest residents in mind, a kindergarten and nursery were also built, and the space inside the passage was excluded from car traffic. – This is our tribute to families with children who constitute an important group of our clients.
