Ronson Development kicks off a new residential project in Wrocław. Commencement of presales at the Viva Jagodno project

Wrocław is becoming a more and more important market for Ronson Development. The company has begun the presales of 121 residential units in the first stage of its Viva Jagodno investment project (previously operating under the working name of Matisse). Prices start at PLN 213 thousand with floor plans as small as 28 square meters. This investment project in a nascent district in Wrocław has been designed to meet all the expectations of young families. The presales will last until 12 October.

Compact two-room apartments, with floor plans ranging from 42 to 48 square meters and prices starting at PLN 7,300 per square meter, will form a large portion of the offer in the first stage of the Viva Jagodno project. These apartments have been designed to make it easy to create a third room.

Floor plans of 121 residential units offered in the first stage of the project are very diverse and suited to different needs – starting from 28-square-meter studios, and ending with 116-square-meter six-room apartments. Their prices range from PLN 6,800 to PLN 7,950 per square meter.

All apartment owners will have balconies or gardens, while the largest residential units on the upper floors will have access to the garden on the roof. We have also planned to offer underground parking lots and locked bicycle storage space at the Viva Jagodno project,” says Justyna Hamrol, regional director of sales and marketing at Ronson Development.

The Viva Jagodno project will be built in the southern part of Wrocław on ul. Kajdasza. It takes roughly a quarter of an hour to get to the city center from here and there are plans to have a tram line to Jagodno. In recent years this district has developed very rapidly with new shops and services appearing in the vicinity.

“The role our project will play in shaping this part of Wrocław will also be considerable. Viva Jagodno is a property development primarily targeting families; that is why promenades will be among the items to be built already during the first stage. With the youngest residents in mind we have envisaged a sand box with colored sand. A playground, among other things, will be built during the next stage. We are creating a project with vibrant colors that sparks very positive associations. It will clearly make a lasting impression,” states Justyna Hamrol.

The presales of units offered in the first stage of the project will last until 12 October in the Ronson Development showroom at ul. Kabaczkowa 1. Ultimately, the Viva Jagodno project will have approximately 400 residential units.

At present, Ronson Development is in the process of conducting the third stage of its best-selling Vitalia investment in the Klecin District in Wrocław. There will be a total of 81 residential units in nine cozy urban villas. The developer’s offer also includes the last 27 units in its Miasto Marina aparthotel project located on ul. Na Grobli on the banks of the Oder River just opposite the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
