RONSON Development has obtained a building permit for the first phase of the Zielono Mi residential estate in Dolny Mokotów district, in Warsaw.The investment aligns with the developer’s commitment to the biophilic trend and is intended to be, the same as Nova Królikarnia project, a green showcase for the developer in this part of Warsaw.
The Zielono Mi investment has been designed as a residential community, surrounded by greenery, and enriched with an extensive range of eco-friendly solutions. Karolina Bronszewska, a member of the Board and the Director of Marketing and Innovation at RONSON Development, explains that each of the developer’s projects incorporates an established set of ecological solutions, referred to as the “RONSON standard” by the company. – Depending on the architectural and design possibilities in each specific project, we implement a variety of solutions – explains Bronszewska – For the Zielono Mi residential development, we have introduced an array of eco-friendly features. This includes green facades, lush green roofs, infiltration crates, photovoltaic panels, retention tanks, energy-efficient LED lighting, and the introduction of ecological wildflower meadows. Cycling enthusiasts will also have access to convenient bicycle racks. Moreover, we have included an external electric vehicle charging station. To enhance the residents’ living experience further, we’ve integrated a range of advanced technological solutions under the ,,smart home” package. This enables efficient home management, resulting in energy savings and reduced property maintenance costs. We are aware that this is of paramount importance to our client.
Biophilic Design
The developer strongly emphasizes its commitment to creating green surroundings for its projects. – For this purpose, we enlist the expertise of landscape architects because we are dedicated to ensuring that the surroundings of our developments are not just visually appealing but also easy to maintain – explains Karolina Bronszewska. She further adds – A distinctive feature of our new development is its natural character. The neighborhood will literally be immersed in greenery, including flower meadows, benches with pergolas, and green facades. Moreover, the entire area will be encircled by a line of trees. It’s precisely in this aspect that we talk about the biofilic concept – we want to reintroduce nature into our daily lives and the environment we reside in.
Karolina Bronszewska emphasizes that the developer has ensured that the concept of biofilia is also reflected in its sales office. – Our approach involves the utilization of natural wood tones, bespoke elements that emulate greenery on the walls, and the inclusion of paper decorations. Furthermore, our office space incorporates an abundance of green plants.
Zielono Mi marks RONSON Development’s debut project in the Siekierki area, in Warsaw. This district has experienced significant growth in recent years, evident from its close proximity to schools, nurseries, kindergartens, various retail outlets, and service providers. Another advantage is its proximity to the Łazienki Królewskie and the Vistula Boulevards, which can be reached in just fifteen minutes.
– Our project will play a significant role in shaping this area of Warsaw. Zielono Mi is specifically tailored for families, and during the first phase, we are creating spaces that include quiet corners with sun loungers and benches. For our youngest residents, we’ve designed natural playgrounds and sensory pathways, where they can engage all their senses in play – states Bronszewska.
The initial phase of this development will encompass two buildings, housing a total of 92 apartments with floor areas ranging from 44 to 95 m². Every apartment owner will enjoy the convenience of a balcony or a private garden. The comprehensive project includes over 180 residential units, with sizes commencing at 35 square meters. This venture is structured in two distinct stage.
