Miasto Moje

Miasto Moje is one of Ronson Development’s largest and most recognizable residential projects in Warsaw. Following eight stages of development, the project was completed and fully sold out in 2026.

Located on Marywilska Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, the development comprises nearly 1,300 apartments. From the very beginning, our ambition was to create more than just another place to live – we wanted to build a space where everyday life is convenient and where the surroundings naturally encourage a sense of community.

That is why Miasto Moje was developed in line with the concept of a 15-minute city. Services, leisure areas, recreational facilities and spaces for play were designed so that many everyday needs could be met without leaving the development.

At the heart of the project is Pasaż Wisła – a green communal space divided into four dedicated zones: Activity Bay, Culture Bay, Play Bay and Relaxation Bay. Playgrounds, a sports field, meeting areas, green spaces and local services have transformed the space between the buildings into a genuine place for community life.

The location also played an important role. The proximity of the SKM urban rail network, convenient access to Metro Line 2, and Białołęka’s well-developed infrastructure made it possible to combine a quieter, greener environment with easy access to central Warsaw.

Today, Miasto Moje is fully completed and entirely sold out. Eight stages have created a shared story and a place that has evolved over the years together with its residents.
