Use the form

You can report a maximum of 3 defects per submission.
The submission should include a detailed description of the defects and, if possible, illustrative photos.
You can attach up to 5 files to the submission (up to 5 MB each). Files should be saved in jpg, png, or pdf format.
After sending the form, a confirmation of receipt of the complaint will be sent to the email address provided in the submission.
A response will be sent electronically to the email address provided in the submission, no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt of the submission.
