Ronson Development: major pre-sales launch for the third stage of the Miasto Moje property development in the Białołęka District of Warsaw

This Saturday, namely October 20, Ronson Development will kick off pre-sales for the third stage of its best selling Miasto Moje property development in Warsaw. 196 units with floor space starting at 29 m2 will be built in this stage. Prices will start as low as PLN 206 thousand.

Miasto Moje is one of Ronson Development’s best-selling projects in Warsaw. Nearly 90% of the units built during the first two stages numbering 353 units in total have already been bought.

Stage three will consist of 42 studio apartments, 52 two-room units, 94 three-room units and 6 four-room units. The floor space of these units starts at 29 m2 with the largest unit having 88 m2. Numerous facilities forming part of the Pasaż Wisła will be built concurrently with this part of the investment. The underlying concept calls for locating a number of attractions for people of all ages and with various interests in the center of the property development.

This property development is under way in Warsaw’s Białołęka District, which is enjoying ever greater interest among families. Regular price hikes have been observed in this district for years; however, Ronson Development continues to offer units at very attractive prices. Two-room units can be bought in the third stage of this investment for as little as PLN 268 thousand, while three-room units are priced starting at PLN 361 thousand.

This property development offers great transport links to the center of Warsaw, partially thanks to the Warsaw Żerań rapid urban train stop located nearby. Also, the planned Bródno metro station is located just five minutes away by car.
