The flagship Ursus Centralny is expanding

Construction work has started on the next stage of the flagship RONSON Development project in Warsaw – Ursus Centralny. The general contractor for stages II B and II C became KARMAR.

It is our sales locomotive.

The investment is distinguished by a boulevard designed in the central part with attractions such as fountains, creative playgrounds and activity zones. – Investments such as Ursus Centralny are called self-sufficient estates, because the residents can take advantage of the rich service, infrastructure and educational base within them – says Andrzej Gutowski, Vice President od RONSON Development. – An additional advantage is the proximity of the EKO park and the city rail station, thanks to which access to the city center is not only comfortable, but also very fast.

In the Ursus Centralny estate, ecological solutions have been designed with the residents in mind, such as green roofs, green climber on the facade, which significantly reduces the amount of CO2 in the air, but also retention reservoirs allowing rainwater to drain. The investment will also include houses for insects, which are a response to disturbing changes in the ecosystem. – Our commitment for the coming years is our joint efforts to improve the climate. We build the urban fabric, but at the same time we care for the environment – says Karolina Bronszewska, Marketing and Innovation Director of RONSOn Development.

The project will involve the construction of 4 buildings with 412 apartments and 13 commercial units with an aggregate floor space of 22 600 m2. Stage II B is already on sale, while the start of sale of apartments from stage II C is scheduled for 4Q 2021.
