Q3 2021: RONSON Development’s sales corresponding with the size of the offer

In Q3 2021 RONSON Development contracted the sale of 162 units compared to 235 units in the corresponding period of 2020 and delivered 187 units (197).

The demand situation on the market is still favorable – apartments are very popular among customers in all locations where we operate. Sales in Q3’21 are in line with our budget assumptions and corresponding with the size of our offer. We work hard to maintain attractiveness of our offer and restore it by smoothly introducing to sale and construction subsequent stages of flagship investments in Warsaw, including Ursus Centralny and Miasto Moje, but we are also preparing completely new projects, incl. new investment in Dolny Mokotów, in Warsaw’s Wola district and at ul. Smardzewska in Poznań. Taking into account the demanding situation in terms of operating costs, we are carefully monitoring the market and adjusting the sales pace to the current and expected market conditions. Currently, our priority is not the record number of units sold, but the quality of the offer and the level of margins. – says Boaz Haim, CEO of RONSON Development.

In Q3 2021, the largest number of units were sold in Warsaw-based projects: Ursus Centralny (48) and Miasto Moje (41) as well as Nowe Warzymice in Szczecin (32).

In Q3 2021, the largest number of units were delivered in Wrocław-based Viva Jagodno project (113) and Nova Królikarnia project (31) as well as Ursus Centralny (11).
