Ronson’s Business Activity

Drawing on our experience, we develop residential projects that deliver homes carefully tailored to the needs of a wide range of buyers. Units are handed over either in developer standard or as turnkey apartments finished in line with concepts prepared by leading specialists. We have built a strong reputation as a reliable developer and a member of the Polish Association of Real Estate Developers.

Ronson is currently marketing units across more than a dozen projects located in Poland’s largest cities, including Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań and Szczecin. Our newest development will be a new residential estate in Wrocław, located on Zatorska Street at the corner of Sobieskiego Street, comprising 187 diversified residential units and 11 commercial premises. A key element of our strategy is the ongoing expansion of our land bank, which enables us to launch further projects and maintain financial stability.

Ronson and the Bond Market

Since 2011, regular bond issuances have supported the execution of Ronson’s strategy. These are public bond issues, addressed to a broad base of investors and, naturally, approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. To date, each issuance has enabled us to pursue Ronson’s mission and operate in line with our strategic objectives. Bonds with varying issue values, maturities and interest rates contribute to the achievement of our key goals:

• financing operating activities, including land acquisitions and the execution of subsequent residential developments,
• expanding our land bank in order to secure sites for future projects and maintain our competitive position,
• preserving financial flexibility, which allows us to remain more resilient and independent in the face of changing economic conditions.
