Tamka 29
Tamka 29 is a cozy apartment building with 65 units. It is located in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, in the old Powiśle area, near the historic Old Town and the Royal Route. Construction began in November 2013 and was completed in the summer of 2015.
The building combines classical architecture with modern solutions and materials, referencing pre-war tenement houses. The facade facing Tamka Street is decorated with sandstone elements, decorative cornices with metal accents, and castings of classic Warsaw balcony railings. High windows, reaching from floor to ceiling, provide maximum natural light, and the layouts of the apartments ensure flexibility in combining rooms. Most apartments have balconies or loggias.
On the roof of the building, there is a 200-meter garden with lush vegetation, including trees, shrubs, flowers, bonsai elements, and grasses, divided by walking paths. The garden is accessible to all residents of the apartment building and offers views of the surrounding parks, downtown Warsaw, the Poniatowski Bridge, and the Świętokrzyski Bridge.
The building features surveillance, a reception, and 24-hour security. All units are equipped with a smart home solutions system—Home Control—allowing for remote control of home devices and monitoring of electricity consumption.
