Ronson Development has completed the second phase of the housing estate

Ronson has completed the second and final phase of the Kamienica Jeżyce estate, located on Kościelna Street in the center of Poznań. Before obtaining an occupancy permit, more than 130 of the 151 units offered in this phase had already been sold. There are still 3- and 4-room family apartments available, ranging from 61 to 108 square meters, with prices starting at PLN 5,910 per square meter.

– We are fully satisfied with the completion of the Kamienica Jeżyce estate, which has been met with great appreciation from Poznań residents. Even before the inspections began, we sold almost all the apartments, as was the case with the first phase of the project, completed in August. This is the best proof of the high quality and popularity of this project – says Andrzej Gutowski, Sales and Marketing Director of Ronson Development.

A central location designed with families in mind

Kamienica Jeżyce is located in the heart of Poznań, near the historic Jeżycki Market. This area features a rich urban infrastructure, offering a wide range of nearby restaurants, shopping and service centers, and educational facilities. Within a few hundred meters of the estate, there is a primary school, a nursery, and a kindergarten. The Kamienica Jeżyce estate is also close to a cinema, a theater, and the Zamek Cultural Center, which houses 18 studios, clubs, and groups where children and young people can develop their musical, artistic, film, and theatrical skills. Additionally, just five minutes from the estate is Park Sołecki, which features a specially designed meadow for games and play.

The second-best investment in Poznań

The Kamienica Jeżyce estate comprises 295 units across its two phases. The apartments are spacious, well-lit, and designed with functional layouts. The project also includes underground parking spaces. In a competition organized by the RynekPierwotny.pl portal for the best investment in Poznań, Kamienica Jeżyce was awarded second place. Ronson remains committed to Poznań

To date, Ronson Development has completed six projects in Poznań, with over 600 units. This year alone, more than 150 apartments have been added to the Poznań market as part of further stages of the Chilli City investment in Tulce, near Poznań, and the Młody Grunwald estate near Marceliński Forest. In September of this year, Ronson also finalized the purchase of a plot on Świerzawska Street in the Grunwald district, where it plans to build an estate with nearly 300 apartments. The first phase of the project could begin as early as next year.
