Młody Grunwald
Młody Grunwald is a residential complex combining modern architecture with a high standard of construction. The estate is located at the intersection of Jeleniogórska and Kamiennogórska streets, near the Marcelin Forest in Poznań. Construction began in 2014 and was completed in 2017.
The Młody Grunwald development consists of 605 apartments, including studios, as well as two-, three-, and four-room apartments with large panoramic windows. The rooms in each apartment, including the kitchen, are well-lit, and all have balconies, with some also featuring terraces or gardens. The apartments are spacious and offer many interior design possibilities. An example of this is the apartments with mezzanines, which can measure up to 50 square meters. This additional space can be arranged in any way to give it a personal yet functional character.
Young Grunwald is located less than 10 minutes from the center of Poznań. The estate is guarded and monitored, ensuring peace and security for its residents. Within the estate itself, there is a kindergarten, a restaurant, a spa, a delicatessen, two language schools, and an art and language kindergarten. Just three minutes away from the development is one of Poznań's most popular recreational areas, Marceliński Forest, which offers active residents a rich network of over 15 km of walking paths, bike trails, horseback riding trails, and a sledding hill. The area around Young Grunwald is also ideal for families who enjoy spending time actively. Nearby, there are tennis courts, a paintball club, two swimming pools, and a gym.
