Yaron Shama joins Management Board of Ronson Development
The Supervisory Board of Ronson Development has appointed Yaron Shama as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice-President of the Management Board, effective as of 1 February 2020. He will replace Rami Geris who announced his resignation in December 2019.
Yaron Shama is a certified public accountant with twenty years’ experience in real estate development sector. Prior to joining the Management Board of Ronson Development, for nine years he was a Chief Financial Officer at Bellport Corp. (formerly: Orchid Development Group ltd), a company from the development industry operating in Bulgaria whose shares were traded on the London AIM market. Earlier, for ten years he performed various managerial functions in companies conducting real estate development activities in Poland.

Yaron Shama will become the company’s new CFO on 1 February 2020. Rami Geris will perform this function until the end of January.
