Launch of presales of the second stage of the best-selling Ursus Centralny development. In the first stage, Ronson Development has already found buyers for 80% of the apartments.

Ronson Development’s biggest project begins its next phase. After the huge sales success of the first stage of the Ursus Centralny development, the company introduced to its offer further 250 apartments. Presales, in which a two-room apartment can be bought already for PLN 318 thousand, will last until 8 December. It’s a good bargain for people who did not manage to hunt down their dream home in the first stage of the project – within less than 6 months from the launch of the construction, 80% of the 138 units have already been sold or reserved.


The self-sufficient Ursus Centralny property development with an internal boulevard full of attractions for residents will ultimately hold approx. 1,600 apartments. The bulk of the offer consists of 2-room units, ranging from 38 to over 50 square meters, and 3-room apartments, from 53 to 72 square meters. In the second stage the offer comprises also seven 4-room apartments up to 88 square meters. The launch of the second stage of the project is good news especially for those looking for a compact 2-room apartment, as these units in the first phase of the Ursus Centralny were sold out on the spot.

Units launched in the market find buyers on average within two quarters, i.e. faster than in such popular districts as Wola and Białołęka.
