Grand launch of the fourth stage of the Ronson Development’s best-selling Miasto Moje project. Pre-sales of 176 apartments will last until 19 October
Ronson Development has introduced into its offering a new pool of apartments in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The best-selling Miasto Moje development will be expanded by two buildings and further 176 apartments. Prices start at PLN 245 thousand with floor plans in the range from 31 to 83 square meters. In addition, in the fourth stage of the project, the last part of the Vistula Passage, a unique concept providing numerous facilities for the residents, will be completed.
One of Ronson Development’s biggest projects is gaining momentum. Nearly half of the approx. 1,500 apartments planned in the self-sufficient Miasto Moje property development in Warsaw’s Białołęka district have already been offered for sale. In the fourth stage, the developer will build 176 apartments, which have just been offered in pre-sales. Most of the offering will comprise 3-room apartments, with prices starting at PLN 396 thousand, designed for first buyers. The areas of these units start from 55 square meters. There will be also studios and 2-room flats while bigger families may choose comfortable 4-room apartments. All residents will have a balcony, a loggia or a terrace, and the ground floor apartments will also have gardens.
“Miasto Moje is one of the projects where buyers for are found basically immediately. Although the pre-sales of the fourth stage has just started, we already have several reservation agreements. The first two stages of the project have been sold out, and in the third stage, to be completed in Q4 next year, only half of the apartments are left,” says Karolina Bronszewska, marketing manager at Ronson Development.
Last part of the Vistula Passage
The launch of the fourth stage of the Miasto Moje project is good news to the residents who already have an apartment in this development. For this part of the project will involve completion of the last fragment of the Vistula Passage with four separate zones referred to as bays for relaxation, play, activity and culture. So far, in the Vistula Passage, a plaza with green areas to relax and playgrounds have been completed. The children residing in the property development may go to an on-site nursery school. The relax zone with deckchairs and hammocks, game ground, outdoor gym and amphitheater are under construction.
“In the latest stage of Miasto Moje, we will build, among others, a big playground. Children will definitely love its unique form as it will look like a pirate ship. We also plan a picnic area which on nice days can be the heart of the community life,” notes Karolina Bronszewska.
The Vistula Passage also comprises commercial units, stores and food service facilities. When the concept is completed, Miasto Moje residents will be able to cater for all their daily needs without leaving the property development. Ronson Development aims to develop a comfortable and self-sufficient city within a city, with recreation areas, cultural offer and nursery.
