Ursus Centralny is growing and encouraging new residents with eco solutions that bring real savings
RONSON Development has launched for sale 108 apartments in the fifth building, the 4th stage of its best-selling investment in Warsaw’s Ursus. The offer includes 108 apartments with areas starting from 28 m2.
Ursus Centralny is the most-chosen investment in the developer’s offer. In 2021, the largest number of apartments – 238 – were sold in this project. – The success of Ursus Centralny lies, on the one hand, in the potential of the investment, on the other – in the potential of the disctrict, which is developing at a very fast pace, and we are honored to be among the creators of the new urban tissue in this part of Warsaw – says Boaz Haim, RONSON’s CEO. And he adds – We are trying very hard to make the area of the investments more attractive. In Ursus, from Silnikowa street, a city square with an additional commercial passage will be built. This will be handed over to the city after the completion of the investment. We will also develop a concept for the area that will be used to create the District Cultural Center. The estate offers its residents a package of services that make everyday functioning easy and comfortable. From InPost parcels to the commercial and service passage, everything is in place here. Another convenience that customers pay attention to are public parking spaced within the estate.
RONSON Development is known for building multi-stage, self-sufficient housing estates. The most popular projects of this developer are also the largest in the proposed offer. – The scale of investments in Ursus is really large. The entire estate will have over 1,500 apartments. We have already completed the first two stages, and the popularity of the project is growing in direct proportion to its expansion and launching new apartments for sale. We already have over 600 flats sold, which is why we are gradually launching the next stages, supplementing the offer of flats sought after by customers. Ursus stands for ecology
In Ursus Centralny, green walls and roofs are created, which significantly reduce the level of CO2 in the air and eliminate the urban heat island phenomenon. In the next stages, there will be systems enabling the reuse of rainwater for watering common parts. Which, in combination with solutions such as lighting the common areas using LED bulbs, with the use of motion sensors, will translate into lower rents. We also focus on electromobility, and there are external parking spaces for charging electric cars and bicycle stands within the estate. Houses for insects have appeared on the investment site – the result of RONSON’s involvement in the action of the Polish Association of Developers for ecology and biodiversity. In an innovative approach to design, we also think about the safety of our residents. Video intercoms and „hands free” solutions in the garage have already appeared on the estate, enabling contacless opening of the gate.
