Sales have started for the third and most exclusive phase of the Nova Królikarnia project

Ronson Development has kicked off the sales of 18 homes under the third phase of its prestigious property development under construction at ul. Jaśminowa in the heart of Stary Mokotów. At the same time, the construction of the first 45 apartments in this project’s second phase have been completed.

The third phase of Nova Królikarnia stands out because of its location directly adjacent to a park with a specially-designed lake. The name of this part of the investment project specifically refers to this feature: “Nova Królikarnia: Waterfront Residences”. 18 modern homes with floor plans ranging from 198 to 220 m2 will be built during this phase. Their prices start at PLN 2.4 million.

The construction of the third phase of Nova Królikarnia started in late 2018. It is slated for completion in Q2 of next year.

The buyers of the apartments built during a prior phase of this investment will soon be able to move into this property development located at the foot of the Warsaw Bank (Skarpa Warszawska). Ronson Development has recently obtained the occupancy permit for the three buildings built during the second phase spanning a total of 45 units. This has made it possible to start the process of accepting and handing over units to their new owners. In addition, another three buildings numbering 28 apartments are planned to be completed in the second phase several weeks from now.

Fewer than twenty units of the total number of 178 apartments and homes offered during the first and second phases of Nova Królikarnia are still on sale. They are available at prices starting from PLN 10,800 per square meter.
