Pre-sales launch of the fifth stage of the Panoramika project. Apartments with a view of the Szczecin skyline starting at PLN 189 thousand

Ronson Development’s best-selling property development in Szczecin is poised to begin its next phase. Pre-sales at the fifth stage of the Panoramika project will begin on Saturday, 23 March. On opening day clients will be able to choose from among 115 residential units priced from PLN 189 thousand.

Experience from previous stages shows that it’s worthwhile to reserve units as soon as possible. Only 10% of the 430 units offered for sale thus far are still available. The first three stages are completely sold out, while the units added during the fourth stage are quickly finding buyers. The market has been waiting for us to launch the next phase of Panoramika; that is why we expect to see sales proceed at a fast pace”, says Andrzej Gutowski, Vice-President of Ronson Development who is responsible for sales and marketing.

This property development in Szczecin is one of Ronson’s best sellers. What is really catching buyers’ attention are the prime location and the well-designed apartments with natural lighting that offer a skyline panoramic view.

The fifth stage of Panoramika will consist of 115 units. Construction is slated for completion in Q3 2020. Ultimately, this project will consist of a total of 605 units under six stages. Three of them have been completed and the fourth will be finished by the end of this year.

Pre-sales kick-off this Saturday

The first people given an opportunity to reserve units in the fifth stage of Panoramika will be the guests at our grand opening that will take place this Saturday, 23 March from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in our sales office at ul. Panoramiczna 1/6. That day it will also be possible to obtain free advice from a loan advisor. Pre-sales will last only until the end of March.

The best location in Szczecin

The Panoramika property development is located in the Warszewo district of Szczecin, which offers excellent commuter access to the city center and is nestled in a sea of green.

The vicinity has multiple schools, stores as well as jogging and cycling paths. Jezioro Głębokie, a lake well-known among the residents of Szczecin and Park Kasprowicza, the Różanka rose garden and the forested area known as Lasek Arkoński are a mere 10 minutes away from this investment site.
