RONSON is developing Poznan’s Grunwald

A district with such a huge potential, deserves the best investment project – say the representatives of RONSON Development. Following the success of the Młody Grunwald and Grunwald2 investments – multi-stage projects, where over 660 apartments have been introduced to the market, Grunwaldzka 240 will soon begin pre-sale. This is a continuation of the developer’s presence on the Poznan market, which is very important for the Company.


Due to the success of our previous investments in Poznan, we’ve decided to launch another project in this district. Grunwaldzka 240 was designed as a boutique investment. Only 70 apartments will be built in the project, with apartments ranging from 26 to 82 m2. The overwhelming majority will be 35 m2 two-room apartments with an annex. – This opens up opportunities, among others, for investors who will find small, compact apartments for rent – says Justyna Hamrol-Wasielewska. Grunwald is one of the most dynamically developing districts of Poznan, very popular among the city’s inhabitants. – We want to use its potential, so we decided to buy another plot of land at Smardzewska street.
