Ronson Development starts offering for sale the last pool of apartments in its Grunwald2 project in Poznań

Attracting unwavering interest among customers, Ronson Development’s offering in the Grunwald² project in Poznań has recently been expanded to include 38 two-, three- and four-room apartments. The construction project, comprising a total of 268 units, will be completed in the summer of next year. More than 60% of all apartments in the project have already been sold.

 

“Grunwald² in Poznań is among Ronson Development’s bestsellers. As work on the construction project is nearing completion, the level of interest among potential buyers is clearly increasing. In the third quarter of this year alone, we sold over 30 units in this project. That is why we are now adding to our offering the last pool of 38 apartments in different sizes ranging from 36 to 90 square meters,” says Justyna Hamrol, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Ronson Development.

Accordingly, the offering of available apartments in the Grunwald² project has increased by 9 two-room apartments, 18 three-room units and 11 four-room apartments. Prices for two-room apartments start at approx. PLN 281,000, whereas for larger units they start at PLN 6,500 per square meter.

Grunwald² is a property development situated in the heart of the rapidly growing Marcelin district. It takes a mere few minutes to commute from this location to the center of Poznań, the Ławica airport and the city’s business center.
