Ronson Development: Sales have started for the sixth stage of the Nova Królikarnia property development

Three cozy city villas with only 23 apartments – this is the latest, sixth stage of the high-end Nova Królikarnia property development executed by Ronson Development in the heart of Mokotów in Warsaw. Sales of this stage have just started. The development is to be completed in mid-2021.

“Low, cozy development with its own park and a lake nestled in a quiet area despite being located nearly in the very heart of Warsaw are some of the distinguishing features of the Nova Królikarnia property development. It is no wonder that new apartments in this development are always highly sought after among customers, especially those looking for greenery, luxury and privacy. In the sixth stage of Nova Królikarnia, we are offering a mere 23 apartments with floor plans starting from 60 m², each with a large balcony or terrace. Buyers of ground floor apartments will also have gardens with the area up to 350 m². This is the penultimate stage in which apartments will be built, so it is one of the last chances to own one of them,” noted Andrzej Gutowski, Vice-President and Sales Director at Ronson Development.

Out of the 23 apartments offered in the sixth stage of the development, 11 are 4-room apartments with floor plans ranging from 86 to 128 m². Customers may additionally choose from seven 5-room apartments with floor plans from 114 to 116 m²as well as five 3-room apartments with floor plans ranging from 60.8 to 77 m². The prices of the units in this stage start from PLN 12,490 per square meter.

According to plans, the sixth stage should be completed in about a year – at the turn of the second and third quarter of 2021. A little earlier, that is in Q4 2020 and Q1 2021, stages four and five of the development, which are executed in parallel, will be completed. The two stages include 54 apartments in seven city villas. Half of them have already been sold.

In all previous stages of the Nova Królikarnia development, Ronson Development has sold a total of over 200 apartments and townhouses.

Luxurious houses ready in the summer

Those looking for even more space and privacy will be able to move into the complex located at the base of the Warsaw Escarpment in about two months. In August this year, the second stage of the property development will be completed, with 18 luxurious townhouses with floor plans ranging from 195 to 215 m². Each house comes with a garden space up to 400 m².

“Having a contemporary house with a beautiful garden and a park view but also rapid access to the city center is a unique offering on the Warsaw market. We were not surprised when the family townhouses developed in the first stage of the project sold very quickly. Customers buying a home in Nova Królikarnia may expect smart home solutions or an electric car charging station in a spacious underground garage. The whole complex will be encircled with greenery from all sides, offering a maximum amount of coziness and privacy,” highlights Andrzej Gutowski.

Safe home purchase

Ronson Development is aware that selection and purchase of real estate is one of the most important decisions made in a lifetime and it should be made in peace and in convenient circumstances. In order to provide the feeling of safety and the best conditions for making this decision, also in the current unique circumstances, the company has prepared numerous solutions allowing prospective customers to get acquainted with its offering and sign a reservation agreement from the comfort of one’s home. Ronson Development’s sales offices remained open for the entire time (with some limitations for a brief period) but customers were able to contact the company’s consultants remotely, among others through an online chat. Ronson Development organized several Virtual Open House sessions, which were transmitted live on Facebook. The first session was held at the site of Nova Królikarnia.

For the entire “social quarantine” period, the notary offices collaborating with Ronson Development remained open while observing all the safety rules allowing customers to sign a purchase agreement without any risk.
