“172 units sold in the second quarter of this year is a very similar result to the one achieved in the first three months of this year, when we found buyers for 174 units. In total, in the first half of 2019, we sold 346 units compared to 436 in the corresponding period of the previous year,” said Andrzej Gutowski, Vice-President of the Management Board, Sales and Marketing Director at Ronson Development.

The best-selling projects in the second quarter of this year were: Miasto Moje in Warsaw’s Białołęka district (61 units sold) and Grunwald2 in Poznań (23 units sold).

The number of units delivered by Ronson Development to its customers in the second quarter of 2019 that will be recognized in the income statement for this period amounted to 289 compared to 213 in the corresponding period of 2018.

“Out of 289 units handed over to our customers in the past quarter, 130 units were delivered in the first two stages of the City Link project in Warsaw’s Wola district, in which we hold a 50% share. Our Wrocław-based project Vitalia, where we delivered 65 units to buyers, as well as two other Warsaw-based projects – Nova Królikarnia, where we handed over the keys to 41 apartments, and Miasto Moje, where we delivered 40 units – will also have a significant contribution to the financial results for the second quarter of this year,” pointed out Rami Geris, Vice-President of the Management Board and CFO of Ronson Development.

At the end of June 2019, Ronson’s offer comprised a total of 758 units. In the entire 2019, the Company plans to sell approximately 800 units and to deliver a similar number of units to customers.
