Ronson Development has obtained occupancy permits for the last stage of the Młody Grunwald residential estate in Poznań

Ronson Development has obtained a final occupancy permit for its third and last stage of the Młody Grunwald estate in Poznań. It is the last chance to buy a flat at the estate –there are only 40 flats left (with the usable area from 47 to 133 m2) out of more than 390 flats built over three stages.

As Ronson is about to hand over flats to its clients, the first revenues from the third stage of the project will be presented by the Company in the profit and loss account as per the 4th quarter of the present year.

Within the scope of the Młody Grunwald project, there are still 40 flats and 8 commercial premises available. Clients can choose among: 12 2-room flats (from 47 to 66 m2), 8 3-room flats (from 62 to 81 m2), 12 4-room flats (from 75 to 81 m2) and the last 5-room flat of 104 m2. Moreover, the offer includes 7 flats with mezzanines, from 102 to 133 m2. The prices at the residential estate start from PLN 5,550 m2.

Under the Młody Grunwald residential estate we offer a wide range of flats, suitable for people searching smaller flats and for those looking for the greatest liveable areas, being an alternative to buying a house. We expect dynamic sales of the last flats of the set. The Młody Grunwald estate is located in Kamiennogórska Street, only 10 minutes from the Poznań downtown and Lasek Marceliński (a park). There are shops, shopping centres and GP surgery in the vicinity. At the estate itself, one can find a restaurant, spa studio, delicatessen, two language schools and a kindergarten specialising in arts and languages.

Apart from the Młody Grunwald project, our clients can also benefit from our offer of two-level flats within the fourth stage of the Chilli City estate in Tulce. It is a cosy and quiet residential estate of terraced houses. There are available two-level flats, with 2, 3 or 4 rooms, starting from 54 to 73 m2. Each flat has its own small garden. The prices at the residential estate start from PLN 4,316 PLN per m2. It is worth knowing that we prepared a special offer in Chilli City for those who are willing to benefit from the state subsidies under the Flats for the Young programme (MdM). Thus, our clients can sign the purchase contract right now and still be entitled to apply for the funds from the MdM programme, available from the beginning of next year. The fourth stage of the Chilli City project is to be handed over for occupancy this very year. The first three stages, including 88 units, were completely sold-out.
