Ronson Development expands its land bank in Poznań

Ronson Development has entered into a preliminary agreement for the purchase of a plot of land in Poznan, on which approximately 80 residential units are planned to be built. This is the developer’s next investment in Poznań’s Grunwald district, where the construction of the Grunwald² bestseller project is currently being completed.

The challenging market situation caused by the coronavirus epidemic does not restrain the development of Ronson Development. The company’s land bank will expand by a plot of land with an area of 1,756 m² located at Grunwaldzka Street. Ronson plans to build there about 80 units with a usable area of ca. 3,400 m².

“Poznań’s Grunwald is a district with an extraordinary potential, which we have already had the opportunity to see in our projects Młody Grunwald and Grunwald². The first project was very quickly filled with residents, now we are completing the second one, where we have already sold 80% out of 268 units. The acquisition of the new plot is in line with the company’s goal to increase its land bank, as well as the number of units for commencement and sale, as we presented in our plans,” adds Boaz Haim.
