Ronson Development launches presale of apartments in Poznań’s new investment project: Grunwald2

You can already hunt a bargain and buy an apartment in the Grunwald2 estate – the latest project executed by Ronson Development on Świerzawska Street in Poznań’s Marcelin district. In the first project stage buyers may choose from among 133 apartments, with the area starting from 35 m2 at special presale prices starting from 5,900 PLN/m2. Ultimately, 268 apartments will be built in the project.

The presale started at the beginning of April and will last till the end of the month. Those who decide to buy an apartment in this period may take advantage of an attractive presale offer. A two-room apartment is now available from only PLN 222,000. Buyers may also choose a three-room apartment for only PLN 328,000 and spacious four-room apartments are available for PLN 461,000. To that, one should add the purchase of a parking space, also available at a special presale price.

The apartments in the Grunwald² estate are tailored to cater for diversified expectations. The project offers accommodation both to families with children and to singles. In the first stage, the total of 133 apartments from 35 to 90 m2 are offered, including 66 two-room apartments, 45 three-room flats, 21 four-room apartments and one commercial facility.

Altogether the investment project will comprise 268 apartments with the total area of nearly 14,200 m2. The project has been prepared by the Studio Lisiak architectural studio. The construction of the estate will start already this quarter – Ronson is now finalizing the selection of the general contractor for the project.
