Ronson Development has completed the construction of the first phase of the Nova Królikarnia property development
- Ronson Development has received an occupancy permit for another building in the Nova Królikarnia property development in Warsaw’s Mokotów District. That means that the entire first stage of this prestigious investment project consisting of 98 residential units is finished, with more than 80% of these units having already been sold.
- The construction of a new access road to the property developments under construction at the foot of Warsaw’s steep hill district is also drawing to a conclusion. Ronson Development has built it in collaboration with the Capital City of Warsaw and the Skanska Group.
A total of 98 residential units has been built during the first stage of the Nova Królikarnia property development, of which there are 51 apartments with a higher standard of finishing in a multi-family building, 26 apartments in urban villas and 21 single-family buildings in a townhouse format. In addition, this design includes eight commercial units.
“Nova Królikarnia is our most prestigious project under construction in a unique part of Warsaw. The area of this investment is subject to the “Pod skocznią” local spatial management plan and is a natural extension of Królikarnia, a historial monument park. This property development has been inspired by the idea of a city garden and features low buildings interspersed with green areas. The park with a specially designed lake located on the investment site adds a sense of exceptionality to Nova Królikarnia. This is an ideal spot to relax situated close to the city center while simultaneously being distant from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are not surprised that Nova Królikarnia is enjoying great success. During the first stage we have already found buyers for more than 80% of the residential units”, said Andrzej Gutowski, management board member, director of sales and marketing at Ronson Development.
Presently, the second stage of construction of the Nova Królikarnia property development including a total of 73 city apartments is underway, with more than 70% of them having been sold. The prices of the units being offered for sale start from PLN 10,500 per square meter. The completion of the construction of this stage is slated for the first half of 2019. Ronson Development intends to kick off the third stage of the investment before the end of this year.
Ronson Development has also done its utmost for the residents of Nova Królikarnia to have convenient connections with the other parts of the capital city. The construction of a new access road to the property developments under construction at the foot of Warsaw’s steep hill district in cooperation with the Capital City of Warsaw and the Skanska Group is drawing to a conclusion. A storm sewer, bicycle paths, sidewalks and parking lots have also been built and green areas have been planted in conjunction with this investment.
