Ronson delivers more than 300 units to customers in the first quarter of the year

  • In Q1 2018, Ronson Development provided its customers with keys to 301 units; this is an achievement comparable to that in Q1 2017, when it delivered 299 units to the buyers.
  • During the first three months of the year, Ronson contracted the sale of 189 units, compared with 259 in the same period last year.

“In terms of the number of units delivered to our customers, the first quarter of this year was one of the best in the history of Ronson Development. Overall, our customers received keys to 301 units, of which 58 were apartments in the fourth phase of our bestselling Espresso development in the Wola district that was completed in February, where majority of apartments were sold several months before the end of the construction process. Other projects completed at the end of last year, that is Panoramika III in Szczecin, City Link I in Warsaw and Młody Grunwald III in Poznań, also contributed significantly to the number of apartments delivered to customers in Q1,” noted Rami Geris, CFO of Ronson Development.

The Company’s share in the City Link I project is 50%, in Espresso – 82%, and 100% in all the other development projects.

“In terms of new contracts, we contracted the sales of 189 apartments in the first quarter of this year, which is slightly less than in the corresponding period last year, but in line with our assumptions for 2018. We have achieved good sales performance in our Warsaw projects: City Link in Wola and Miasto Moje in Białołęka, and also in the Vitalia project in Wrocław and Panoramika in Szczecin”, said Andrzej Gutowski, Director of Sales and Marketing at Ronson Development. “What is important, out of the total number of 65 apartments sold in the first quarter in the City Link project, we sold more than 50 in the phase where our company has a 100% share,” he added.

The sales figures presented by Ronson Development do not include the apartments sold in the Nova Królikarnia project in the Warsaw Mokotów district, that will be moved to the company’s portfolio during April 2018 following the purchase contract signed with Global City Holdings at the end of March this year. Ronson is currently acting as the manager of this project and in the first quarter of this year it found buyers for 16 apartments in Nova Królikarnia (compared with 14 in the corresponding period of 2017).

At the end of Q1 2018, Ronson Development’s sales offering included a total of 679 units. The company plans to launch sales of a new project at ul. Świerzawska in Poznań – Grunwald Kwadrat (Grunwald2), in which 268 apartments will be built. Overall in 2018 Ronson plans to launch the construction and sales of six projects (including new phases of existing projects) totalling about 850 units.
