two first stages of the City Link residential estate – a flagship in the offer by Ronson Development- were granted with occupancy permits

The Ronson Development flagship investment is about to open doors to its first inhabitants. Two first stages of the City Link residential estate in Wola, Warsaw, have obtained occupancy permits. Over 90% of flats were sold within the stages I, II and III.

The City Link flats have been going like hot cakes, which confirms that a wide offer of compact, easy to arrange units is a recipe for success. The location in the Wola district has also contributed to the project success, as the district is now becoming a new centre of the capital city. The inhabitants could enjoy the spectacular view on the city, and in the nearest future they will be able to get home by means of a second line of the underground trains – says Andrzej Gutowski, Sales and Marketing Manager for Ronson Development.

Having obtained the occupancy permits, the Company started in September to hand over the flats to its clients. It can now recognize revenues and profits on the investment. The majority of flats will be handed over to clients in the 4th quarter of the present year.

The first two stages of the City Link estate comprise in total 301 flats and 11 commercial premises. The third stage of the project – the construction of a 16-floor building named SkyLine, comprising 184 flats and 5 commercial premises, is scheduled to be completed in the second half of next year. The fourth stage, including 258 flats is to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2019.

After the success of the first two stages, the other stages confirmed that the residential estate in Wola is a crown jewel in the offer of Ronson Development. As to City Link III, there are only 25 flats left, while 25% of flats from the fourth stage have already been sold since June.

Project with a city view

Under the City Link project, the liveable area of flats starts from 30 m2. As many as 3/4 of flats from the City Link IV projects are 1- or 2-room flats (of the area from 31 m2 and 36 m2 respectively). Since many buyers treat the purchase as a capital investment, they buy flats to rent them out. The purchases for investment purposes constitute 30% of all transactions at the Warsaw primary market, whereas in case of the Ronson Development residential estate in Wola the percentage is even higher.

Prices of the City Link flats start from PLN 328,000 for a studio, 435,000 for two-room flats and 585,000 for three-room flats.

Quality is of prime importance

City Link is a project of higher standard. Each flat has wooden windows and a spacious balcony or terrace. The project includes an internal courtyard with a playground for children and an area for dogs. Next to the estate, a new urban park with greenery, benches and a fountain is to be created.

City Link offers an easy access to the full urban infrastructure, neighbouring parks: Sowińskiego and Moczydło, schools, restaurants, sports centres, health centres and entertainment sites.
