This is the last chance to buy a flat from Ronson Development at the Espresso residential estate, district of Wola, Warsaw. There are only 6 flats left within the scope of the 4th stage of the project.

The Espresso project offers three 3-room flats (of the area of 70-79 m2), two 4-room flats (82-90 m2) and the last 5-room flat of 111 m2. The prices start from PLN 6,700 per m2.

– Espresso is one of our flagship projects – says Andrzej Gutowski, Sales and Marketing Manager for Ronson Development. – The residential area is conveniently located, there are good transport connections with the city centre and other places in Warsaw. Furthermore, its inhabitants can enjoy a myriad of amenities which we devised within the scope of the project. This is where we established, in September, Espresso Club, i.e. a special common area for the inhabitants. They can get to know and socialise with their neighbours while playing billiard, table soccer or watching a film. There is also a free Wi-Fi in the club. Moreover, at the residential estate there are also an outdoor fitness area and kids zone. Buying a flat in Espresso is certainly a guarantee of a well-spent time within your family, after your work. However, you need to hurry up with your decision – there are only 6 flats left – Andrzej Gutowski adds.

The Espresso residential estate is situated in Jana Kazimierza Street, in the vicinity there are bus and tram stops – thus travelling to the city centre is convenient and fast. A 10-minute walk away there is an underground station named Rondo Daszyńskiego and another one, named Płocka. The latter, being now under construction, is located at the junction of Wolska and Płocka Streets. In the vicinity there are also three parks: Moczydło, Sowińskiego and Szymańskiego, as well as shopping and entertainment centres: Fort Wola and Wola Park.

The construction works connected to the Espresso residential area were divided into 4 stages. First three stages, covering 490 flats in total, have been completed. Within the scope of the Espresso IV stage, 135 flats are being constructed. They are to be handed over to the owners in the first quarter of 2018.
