As early as this coming summer, the first residents will move in to the Grunwald² development at ul. Świerzawska. Intense fit-out works are currently underway at the construction site, with completion scheduled for May of this year. A new project in the Grunwald district

As a result of the transaction, the company’s land bank will increase by approx. 1,750 square meters.
