Last apartments available for purchase in the Grunwald2 project. Ronson Development’s bestseller in Poznań will soon be up and running

As early as this coming summer, the first residents will move in to the Grunwald2 development at ul. Świerzawska. Intense fit-out works are currently underway at the construction site, with completion scheduled for May of this year. This may be the final opportunity to purchase the apartment of your dreams in this facility. The project, nearing completion by Ronson Development, enjoys unwavering interest among customers – 80% of its units have already been sold.

Although these days we have all somewhat got used to the sight of almost deserted cities, life outside has not ceased to bustle in all places. At the construction site of the Grunwald2 property development in Poznań’s Marcelin district, intense fit-out works are underway. Although it has been necessary to implement very strict health hazard regulations due to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic, construction has not been suspended even for a moment. All these efforts are being made so that buyers can start moving into their apartments as early as this coming summer. Several months will still have to pass before the new owners receive their keys, but already at this point in time only a small number of units remain available for purchase. This is because Grunwald2 is Ronson Development’s bestseller in Poznań, which was obvious already at the commencement of the construction work, with interest growing bigger as the progress of construction became more and more noticeable.

This residential development consists of 268 units. The apartments currently available for purchase are predominantly 4-room units ranging in size from 63 to over 90 square meters (approx. 680 to over 970 square feet). Customers looking for a 3-room apartment still have a chance to obtain one of the last such units available in this facility. Most of them are spacious 64-square meter (690-square feet) apartments with a large balcony or terrace.

Everything within easy walking distance

There are many reasons why this project is so popular. Grunwald2 is a property development situated at ul. Świerzawska, in the heart of the rapidly growing Marcelin district. It takes a mere few minutes to commute from this location to the center of Poznań, the Ławica airport and the city’s business center. In turn, gorgeous recreational areas such as ‘Poznań’s green lungs’ or the Marcelin Forest are within walking distance, as is all the urban infrastructure residents need to have on a daily basis, namely: kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, health centers, shops and restaurants.

The exceptional venue and thoughtfully designed apartment layouts are some of the most compelling advantages of the Grunwald2 project. This property development attracts both investors intending to purchase an apartment to generate attractive returns and families who wish to live in a beautiful area filled with greenery. The latter group of residents also likes the facility because of its spacious and well-thought-out playground with access to a bathroom located on the ground floor of the building.

Visit Grunwald2 online!

The website https://ronson.pl/grunwald-kwadrat contains the plans of all units available for purchase and lets visitors take a virtual walk around the apartments, coupled with a presentation of possible arrangement options. This is a very convenient alternative to a site visit, especially during the current “social quarantine” period. Ronson Development also invites customers to use various forms of remote contact with its sales office, including an online chat with a consultant and a form with a request for a company representative to call you back. The developer has also enabled an optional online execution of a reservation contract. All you need to do is sign the documents and send a scan or photo taken with your phone.

Keeping in mind the current difficulties that we are all facing these days, Ronson has addressed the expectations of its customers and in the Grunwald2 project offers a convenient way to pay for an apartment – a 10% own financial contribution is sufficient at the time of signing the contract.

A new project in the Grunwald district

Although the construction of the Grunwald2 residential development is coming to an end, Ronson Development will not disappear from Poznań’s real estate market. In March of this year, the developer entered into a preliminary agreement for the purchase of a land plot at ul. Grunwaldzka. As a result of the transaction, the company’s land bank will increase by approx. 1,750 square meters. Ronson expects to build approx. 80 apartments with the total usable area of 3,400 square meters on its newly acquired plot.
