Nowe Warzymice – a new large-scale project in Szczecin’s housing market from Ronson Development

Following the success of the Panoramika project, offering ultimately 600 residential units, Ronson Development will soon launch a new large-scale project in the Szczecin market – Nowe Warzymice (previously known under the working name of Chopin). In the project, 460 apartments will be built in total in a cozy multi-family development. The pre-sales of the first stage of the project comprising 54 apartments has just been launched. A studio with the surface area of 29 m² can be bought already for PLN 197 thousand.

We are happy with the unabated interest in the Panoramika project being built on Panoramiczna Street, where this year only we have already sold 80 apartments, and nearly 460 units in total from the launch of the project. We will soon complete the construction of the fourth stage, and next year the fifth. We are also planning one more, the sixth, phase of Panoramika. Very promising sales results have encouraged us to launch a new project in the Szczecin market – Nowe Warzymice. Nowe Warzymice is an ideal proposal for people working in Szczecin who look for a peaceful place to live, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The project will be developed in the suburbs of Szczecin, in Rajków, at the corner of Do Rajkowa and aleja Śliwkowa streets. From here, you can reach the center of the Szczecin in roughly a quarter of an hour. Proximity of green areas, and the nearby grocery discount store as well as other service and retail premises will satisfy all the basic needs of the future residents. Thinking about their comfort, Ronson Development has also designed green areas with small architecture elements, including a walking passage, which will spread across all project stages.

The first stage of the Nowe Warzymice project comprises 54 units. In three cozy buildings with an underground garage, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments will be built with the surface areas ranging from 29 to 89 m², including 8 two-level apartments with mezzanines. In the pre-sales, which was just launched, you can buy a studio already for PLN 197 thousand.

Ground apartments will have adjacent gardens and all units on upper floors will have balconies or terraces. The youngest residents will enjoy the playground to be built already at the first stage of the project.

After the launch of the first stage of the Nowe Warzymice property development, the total number of units commenced by Ronson Development in 2019 in investment projects executed in Warsaw, Wrocław and Szczecin, will exceed 1,100. The scale of newly launched projects during one year will be thus record-breaking in the Company’s history.
