Nowa Północ strenghtens RONSON’s Szczecin portfolio
RONSON Development is expanding its offer in Szczecin. In addition to the Nowe Warzymice project, which is very popular with clients, Nowa Północ is already on sale – a six-stage housing estate, being built in the North district.

Soon we will start the construction of the 1 000th apartment here, and our land bank is secured for over 1 000 more. Nowa Północ – the same quality
The Nowa Północ investment was designed in six stages, in which a total of 550 apartments will be built. – Nowa Północ meets all RONSON standars, while offering a completely new quality of construction in this part of the city – says Paweł Krawczyk, Szczecin Region Director at RONSON Development. – We have designed a few intimate buildings there, with apartments with a mezzanine on the top floor. In addition, recreational spaces for residents, a lot of greenery and – as befits a pioneer in this field – a package of ecological solutions, such as LED lighting in common areas, tanks for reuse of rainwater, flower meadows, or a bicycle repair station. The green facades and entrance zones to the building will be a complete novelty on the market square in Szczecin.
According to the report „Happy Home. A district of various needs”, prepared by ThinkCo and Otodom, the neighborhoods we live in are rated better than entire cities. – This is the criterion that we follow when designing our housing estates. The nearest vicinity must be a safe and comfortable place – which ensures the proximity of shops, service points, medical and educational facilities and good communication with the central parts of the city – says Karolina Bronszewska, member of the Management Board, Marketing and Innovation Director of RONSON Development.
Nowa Północ is being built at Sobola street, which is a 15-minute drive from the center of Szczecin, while Police can be reached in just 10 minutes. In the vicinity of the investment, there is an extensive commercial and service base, schools, kindergartens, as well as medical and cultural institutions. – In the nearest neighborhood we find one of the favorite places of the residents of Szczecin – the Wkrzańska Forest, where you can actively spend time running or riding a bike – adds Paweł Krawczyk.
