Nir Netzer prezesem Ronson Europe

Ronson Europe’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) approved the proposed changes in the management board. Nir Netzer has become the new CEO of the Company as of today.

Nir Netzer replaced the outgoing CEO Tomasz Łapiński, who announced his resignation in September. Mr. Łapiński remained at the helm of the company until the EGM in order to ensure a smooth transition for his successor.

– I would like to thank Tomasz Łapiński for his full engagement until his very last day as CEO and for his immeasurable contribution to Ronson’s development in all aspects of its business for almost a decade making it in many ways the brand name it became. I am taking the reins of a company which for has a very good financial situation, an excellent, experienced team and enjoys a large capital of trust from investors and other stakeholders. By taking the post of CEO I am therefore taking on a large responsibility. Along with Ronson’s team and other management board members we will do our utmost to meet expectations vested in us. I am convinced that Ronson has what it takes to strengthen its position as one of the leading residential developers in Poland. I want to assure that in our actions we will be guided by the interests of all shareholders, –the newly appointed CEO of Ronson Europe Nir Netzer said.

Nir Netzer has broad experience in managing and advising companies with international reach. Since 2003, he has held managerial positions in consulting and real estate firms. Apart from his native Israel, he gained experience also in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, the Czech Republic and in Hungary. In his previous positions he was responsible for, among others, investor relations, securing financing (including on the capital market), leading the investment process as well as other finance-, tax-, reporting- and accounting-related issues. He is a Certified Public Auditor (CPA, Israel).

At present the management board of Ronson Development also includes: Andrzej Gutowski, , head of sales and marketing, with the Company since 2003, and Rami Geris, CFO, with the Company since 2007. Like Nir Netzer, they serve as managing directors A and are responsible for Ronson Europe’s day-to-day activities. The role of managing directors B is performed by Erez Tik and Alon Haver, representatives of the Company’s main shareholder, Luzon Group

Apart from approving changes to the management board, the EGM also appointed Shmuel Rofe to Ronson Europe’s supervisory board. He replaced Mikhal Shapira, who tendered her resignation from the post in September due to personal reasons.
