Three months ahead of schedule, Ronson Development is commissioning the Panoramika 5 estate in Szczecin

The fifth part of the Panoramika estate will be put into use three months earlier than planned. The penultimate stage of the estate was completed ahead of schedule, despite the global economic crisis caused by the coronavirus. This is proof of the stable position of Ronson Development in the real estate industry, high competences of project managers and cooperation with proven contractors who guarantee compliance with deadlines and high quality of workmanship. Completion of construction means that from mid-August, residents will be able to collect keys and move into their new apartments.

– The general contractor is always very important to us in the investment process. By choosing proven and reliable companies, we provide customers with a good product of high quality, and our company with the stability of business, without unnecessary surprises. Every day, our project managers take care of the quality of buildings and surroundings as well as timely delivery. This project was particularly difficult due to the coronavirus, which could have resulted in difficult availability and higher prices for building materials, and limited access to highly qualified workers. Together with Mostostal – the general contractor of Panoramika 5 – we dealt with the coronavirus excellently, and maintaining all safety rules, we delivered the project ahead of schedule – said Boaz Haim, President of the Management Board of Ronson Dewelopment S.A.

Panoramika 5 comprises 115 apartments with an area ranging from 31.59 to 103.40 m2. Construction began in March 2019. At that time, the process of selling the apartments started. The General Contractor was Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Apartments in this estate were sold very well due to good communication and solid workmanship, spacious balconies, loggias and terraces. The beautiful panorama of Szczecin was also appreciated.

– It is especially important for our residents to be able to move into their apartment faster. After all, each of them has family or career plans related to it. We are glad that we can offer them the possibility of using the property earlier – notes Andrzej Gutowski, vice president of Ronson Development S.A. for sales and marketing.

At present, there are literally a few more apartments left in stage 5. Stage 6, the construction and sale of which began in mid-July, is one of the best-selling developments in Ronson’s portfolio in the country. 76 bright apartments with very comfortable layouts, terraces, loggias and various areas adapted to the needs of various customer groups are built there.

The housing estate in Szczecin will include a total of 621 units in six stages. Five of them have already been completed. Only the last stage of Panoramika remains on sale. The estate is located in the Warsaw district of Szczecin – a district well connected to the city center and surrounded by greenery. There are educational establishments, shops, running and cycling routes in the area. Just 10 minutes from the investment there is the Głębokie Lake known to all Szczeciners, as well as the Kasprowicz Park, a rose garden – the so-called Różanka and the Arkona Forest.
