Miasto Moje in Warsaw’s Białołęka district is growing

RONSON Development has completed the next, fourth stage of its flagship project – Miasto Moje. Acceptance of apartments is currently underway.

– The Miasto Moje investment, due to its nature of a self-sufficient estate, very well connected to the city center, has been at the Forefront of our projects in terms of sales for several quarters. In the 4th stage of the project, which has already been completed and the handover is underway, we sold almost all the apartments – says Andrzej Gutowski, Vice President, Sales Director of RONSON Development. – A wide pool of apartments from the 11th building, implemented as part of the 6th stage of the investment, has already been sold. Apartment prices there starts from PLN 288 000.

Miasto Moje is one of the largest and most popular projects in the developer’s portfolio. The estate has been designed as self-sufficient, which means that in the immediate vicinity there is a wide infrastructure – commercial, service and educational. Families with children are an important group of clients in this investment. With them in mind, RONSON has designed a common space. – When designing a housing estate for families, we pay special attention to the availability of an appropriate number of services, friendly architecture, ecological solutions, and above all, space for activity and integration.  In the Miasto Moje investment, this role is played by Pasaż Wisła, divided into bays of fun, relaxation, activity and culture – says Karolina Bronszewska, Member of the Management Board, Marketing and Innovations Director of RONSON Development. – With the commissioning of the 4th stage of the investment, we have also completed the last stage of the Passage construction, where a playground in the shape of Pirate Ship and a picnic area were created.

The Miasto Moje project was submitted to the Large Family Card program, thanks to which families with three or more children do not incur the costs of signing a notarial deed under the development agreement.

The Miasto Moje is growing, the Białołęka district is growing

Białołęka is one of the most dynamically developing Warsaw districts. According to the JLL Report, summarizing the third quarter of 2021, Białołęka is the second largest district with the largest number of flats launched for sale in the third quarter of 2021 – 865. It i salso the district with the largest number of flats on offer (1 884).
