Grunwaldzka 240 with the general contractor

RONSON Development has selected the general contractor for the Grunwaldzka 240 investment in Poznan. The project will be carried out by KARMAR S.A.

Grunwaldzka 240 was designed as an intimate investment. Only 70 apartments will be built in the project, with areas ranging from 26 to 82 m2. The overwhelming majority will be 35m2 two-room apartments with an ennex. – We call projects like this boutique, because we give future residents a very exclusive space that fits perfectly into the fabric of the city – says Justyna Hamrol-Wasielewska, Regional Sales and Marketing Director of RONSON Development. As she adds – The advantages of the investment are strenghtened by excellent public transport, the proximity of the office area, but also green areas such as Las Marceliński.

Grunwald in Poznan is currently one of the most dynamically developing districts of the city, very popular among the inhabitants. – We want to use its potential, so we decided to buy another plot of land at Smardzewska Street. Over 300 premises will be built there. In our opinion, Grunwald in Poznan is a good address – says Justyna Hamrol-Wasielewska.
