The second stage of the Grunwald2 project in Poznań entices families and investors
Following the successful first stage of the Grunwald2 property development in Poznań, Ronson Development is now launching pre-sales of the subsequent phase of this project. Kick-off is planned for the upcoming Saturday, 9 February, during the open house event in the new sales office at ul. Świerzawska 5. During the first stage the developer has already sold more than half of the residential units, with many buyers having selected an apartment at this property development because of its attractiveness as an investment.
The second stage of Grunwald2 will consist of 97 residential units whose pre-sale prices start at PLN 6,200 per square meter. Two-room units with floor space ranging from 35 m2 for prices starting at PLN 246 thousand account for more than half of this number.

The second stage of Grunwald2 will house 28 three-room units with prices starting at PLN 361 thousand and 10 four-room units starting at PLN 453.5 thousand.
The project’s first stage at ul. Świerzawska 5 in Poznań includes 133 units with more than half of them having already found buyers. Ultimately, this nine-story building will have a total of 267 units with more than half being two-room units and more than one-fourth having three rooms, i.e. compact units with a floor plan of up to 60 m2.

As the latest data compiled by REAS JLL Residential Advisory indicate, the Poznań market is growing fast, making it highly attractive to investors. The average square meter prices for residential units offered for sale in Poznań in Q4 of last year have already topped PLN 7.6 thousand. That signifies growth of 8.5% in merely three months. Compared to Q4 2017, in turn, prices were up by nearly 14.5%.
