The first residents have moved in to the second stage of Ronson Development’s Miasto Moje property development. The interest in this best-selling project has not subsided

Ronson Development has obtained the occupancy permit for the second stage of the Miasto Moje property development in the Białołęka district in Warsaw and has started handing over the keys to residents. Clients who have already completed the handover process are elated with the high quality of their new residential units.

The second stage of the Miasto Moje property development consists of two buildings with a total of 148 units. Most units were sold during the construction phase. The last ten or so units are all that remain in the offer.

Securing the occupancy permit triggered the process of handing over units to clients. That means that Ronson Development will recognize significant revenues from this part of the project in this year’s Q1 financial results.

Attractive price and outstanding quality

“Miasto Moje is one of our best-selling projects. All of the more than 190 residential units completed last year during the first stage of this property development were sold long ago. During the second stage we have already sold more than 130 units, i.e. 90% of the offering, while under pre-sales of the third stage whose construction we intend to kick-off shortly, we have already entered into nearly 30 reservation agreements”, pointed out Andrzej Gutowski, Management Board Member and Sales Director at Ronson Development.
“Miasto Moje is an excellent example of being able to blend an attractive price, which is a prerequisite on the highly competitive residential market in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, with outstanding quality. This translates into our clients’ high level of satisfaction. Buyers who have already picked up the keys to their new units, and the construction inspectors accompanying them, have not hidden how elated they are with the very high quality of finishing, something that is virtually unheard of at this price point. We can literally count the number of minor comments voiced during the handover process on the fingers of a single hand. There’s no wonder that this investment is enjoying such great popularity when factoring in the wide selection of floor plans, the eye-catching architecture and the unconventional and self-sufficient concept embraced by this property development”, added Andrzej Gutowski.

All in one place

This property development is located at ul. Marywilska 62. Ultimately, it will number roughly 1,500 residential units. It is Ronson Development’s largest investment to date and at the same time one of its most comprehensive projects. Miasto Moje was designed to ensure that residents can satisfy most of their daily needs without leaving the premises. In addition to shopping, service and food establishments, the “Vistula Passage” is being built with four separate zones or bays for relaxation, play, activity and culture.

The fountain square has already been built in the first part of the Vistula Passage. Its role is to invite people to walk along specially arranged avenues and enjoy numerous green areas. Additionally, the first of several playgrounds awaits children.

More attractions for future residents will be built concurrently with the third stage of the investment whose construction is slated to begin soon. New elements such as a relaxation zone outfitted with sunbeds and hammocks, a place to have a barbecue, a playing field, an open-air gym to work out, an amphitheater, a large playground with slides and a water cascade will be added.

The extensive expansion of the Vistula Passage will make Miasto Moje an even more friendly and comfortable place. “Our goal is to create a city in a city so that its inhabitants will be able to take care of most of their daily affairs close to home, relax and find a rich recreational offering”, emphasizes the director of sales at Ronson Development.

In turn, a unit to act has a kindergarten has also been envisaged in the project’s stage that has just been completed.

Excellent venue

In addition, the Miasto Moje property development offers great transport links to the center of Warsaw, partially thanks to the Warsaw Żerań rapid urban train stop located nearby. Also, the planned Bródno metro station is located just five minutes away by car.
