10 years of the Ronson Development activity on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

It has been 10 years now! 5th November 2007 – on that very day the Ronson Development shares were floated on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

For our investors, these ten years of our presence on the Warsaw Stock Exchange have meant both a spectacular growth and failures. The beginnings were definitely not a bed of roses. We were listed at the end of 2007, shortly before an outbreak of the global crisis on real estate and financial markets, which resulted in a considerable reduction in the listed companies’ share prices, especially real estate development companiesTomasz Łapiński, President of Ronson Development recalls. – However, we managed to survive that difficult time unscathed thanks to the hard work of all our employees and the trust our business partners and investors had in us. Here I would like to thank them all for these 10 years of effective cooperation. Today Ronson is a company of firm foundations, sound balance sheets, growing business and predictable financial results. Owing to the group’s sound liquidity situation, for the last four years we have regularly paid dividends to our shareholders. Our record profits in 2016 allowed us to pay, this very year, a dividend amounting to a total of over PLN 31 million, i.e. PLN 0.19 per share, consequently Ronson found itself among companies with the highest dividend rates. The total return on investment in our shares for the last five years exceeds 150%Tomasz Łapiński concludes.

In 2008, i.e. the first full year of the company’s presence on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Ronson managed to sell barely 132 flats. On the other hand, in 2016 the company sold 821 flats, and there are strong indications that this year the result will be at least repeated (after 3 quarters of 2017, 645 units have already been sold). From the beginning of 2008 to the end of September 2017 Ronson managed to sell as many as 5,060 units in total. At the same time the Company completed 41 projects and handed over keys to 4,094 units in total.
