Ronson Development has started a pre-sale for apartments at the 2nd stage of the Vitalia housing complex in Wrocław

The bestselling project in Wrocław is about to go into the second stage. In the weeks to come, the construction of the Vitalia II residential estate will be started. However, people who are interested in buying a flat may take part in the pre-sale. Due to a huge interest from families, under the second stage of the residential estate, 50 units out of 83 will have 3 rooms. The prices for these flats start from PLN 321,000. Ronson managed to sell almost 80% of units from the Vitalia I project.

The pre-sale will last by 28th October. Buyers could choose from a comprehensive offer of flats under the second stage of the residential estate in Klecina, Wrocław. The first stage of the project turned out to be a smashing hit for Ronson Development. The Vitalia I offer includes mere 30 units for sale out of 139 ones.

The layout of flats in Vitalia II is a tribute to families. 50 units out of 83 have three rooms.

As we wanted to fulfil clients’ expectations, our architects designed more three-room flats for the second stage of the Vitalia residential estate. Three-room flats (53-70 m2) in the second stage of the Vitalia estate can be purchased for PLN 321,000. Two-room flats (39-55 m2) are available from PLN 242,000. In Klecina, Wrocław Ronson Development is also offering two-level mezzanines with terraces (75-110 m2), divided into three or more rooms. The prices start from PLN 411,000.
The construction works for Vitalia II are to start in the weeks to come – Ronson is about to choose a general contractor to complete the project. The offer of units is available in a new sales office at 1 Kabaczkowa Street.

First inhabitants have just picked their keys

At the end of September, Ronson Development obtained an occupancy permit for the first stage of the Vitalia residential estate, and started handing over the flats to their new owners. Until the end of September, buyers picked up keys to 45 out of 139 units. The persons willing to purchase a flat in the second stage can now have a look and see what the finished buildings look like, what the standard of finishing works is, what the surrounding area looks like. Moreover, in a few months the first playground will be built at the residential estate.

Vitalia is a project that beams with quality. Flats are well laid-out and bright. Each unit has a balcony or a small garden, whereas the flats on the last floors have access to spacious roof terraces. After the completion of the project, the inhabitants could use the amenities such as: open-air fitness area, playground, or a self-service bike station.

Complex infrastructure

The Vitalia residential estate is located in Jutrzenki Street, Wrocław. In the close proximity one can find, among others, a chemist’s, swimming pool, shopping centre named Bielany, GP surgeries, a kindergarten, nursery, school, hospital and numerous shops. The residential estate boasts its convenient connection with green areas, such as Park Kleciński, Park Grabiszyński or Park Południowy. Since autumn 2016, the inhabitants of Wrocław have been given an opportunity to cross the Ślęza river by means of a new bridge, connecting Racławicka Street and Piastów Avenue. Thus, the inhabitants of the south-eastern part of Wrocław can get to the city centre in no more than 15 minutes
