Ronson Development with growing sales and a perspective for a record number of handed-over units in the 4th quarter

In the 3rd quarter of 2017 Ronson Development sold 206 units, i.e. 12% more than in the same period in 2016. Within three quarters of this year, the sales have reached 645 units, i.e. a growth by 18% year-to-year. This result is helping the Company to attain the annual sale objective of over 800 flats.

In the 3rd quarter of 2017, Ronson provided their clients with keys to 114 units, as compared to 234 units last year. The smaller number of handed-over units results from the schedule of planned projects. The Company did not obtain the occupancy permits for the first stages of the Vitalia residential estate in Wrocław and the City Link estate in Warsaw until mid-September. Thus, the results from these projects will be recognised mainly in the fourth quarter of this year.

From the beginning of this year to the end of September Ronson handed over keys to 485 units, as compared to 510 units in the same period of 2016. According to the plan for the 4th quarter, more than 500 units are to be handed over, which will be an unbeatable record in our company’s history.

The third quarter ends with 206 sold units. This is a 12% growth as compared to the same period last year when the sales results also covered flats from the Nova Królikarnia project. The project was sold to Global City Holdings at the end of 2016. Acting now as the Project Manager, in the third quarter of this year we managed to sell 22 units. After the three quarters, our gauge showed, in total, 645 sold units, excluding Nova Królikarnia, and we are on the right track to meet, or even exceed, goals for this year, i.e. selling over 800 flatsAndrzej Gutowski, Sales and Marketing Manager for Ronson Development explains.

The best sales results were reaped in the third quarter within the scope of the City Link project in Warsaw (57 units sold in total, in all stages) and the Vitalia project in Wrocław (32 units).

From the beginning of the year to the end of September, Ronson Development gradually sold 645 units, i.e. an increase by 18% as compared to the first three quarters of 2016. The most popular projects were the ones situated in Warsaw: City Link (in total 180 units, sold over four stages), Espresso (80 units) and Miasto Moje (82 flats), and also Panoramika in Szczecin (75 units sold since the beginning of the year) and Vitalia in Wrocław (78 flats). At the end of September, the Company’s offer covered over 870 units for sales.

In the 3rd quarter of 2017, we provided our clients with keys to 114 units, which is a drop as compared to the result achieved in the same period last year. The result is mainly reflected mainly by the Vitalia estate in Wrocław (45) and City Link in Warsaw (36), as they were both completed, in accordance with the schedule, in the second half of September. A considerable number of the units in the above-mentioned estates will be handed over to clients in the fourth quarter. We thus expect a record number of hand-overs. Our so-far best quarterly result is 299 units; in the next three months we are planning to give the keys to approximately 500 units. This assumption is a well-grounded one, as at the end of September we still had 270 sold units, with the keys waiting to be handed over in the City Link project and around 60 in the Vitalia project. Moreover, in the last quarter we are to complete the Młody Grunwald III project in Poznań and Panoramika III in Szczecin, where the sales result at the end of September was 150 units in totalTomasz Łapiński, President of Ronson Development says.

Within three quarters of 2017, Ronson handed over, in total, the keys to 485 units, as opposed to 510 units in the same period of 2016. In 2016, which has been so far our record year, Ronson Development handed over to buyers the key to 781 units.
