Ronson Development: Miasto Moje soon to welcome its first residents

Ronson Development has obtained the occupancy permit for the first stage of the Miasto Moje property development in the Białołęka district in Warsaw and has begun handing over apartments to clients. Nearly all the apartments built have already been sold.

The first stage of the Miasto Moje property development consists of two multi-family buildings with a total of 205 units, including 191 apartments and 14 commercial spaces. – This is one of our most popular projects. We have sold almost all the apartments in the first stage. Only four last apartments and several commercial units are currently remaining on offer. We have also had a good pace of sales in the second stage. It will be completed at the end of the year and we have already found buyers for more than 40% of the 148 units we are offering. This  is why we are getting ready to launch stage three of this project in the coming weeks – said Andrzej Gutowski, management board member, director of sales and marketing at Ronson Development.

The prices of the units currently available in our offer start from PLN 5,900 per square meter.

All in one place

Miasto Moje is the largest of the projects currently in development by Ronson Development. When completed, it will consist of 1500 units. It is also one of the most comprehensive projects of the Company – Miasto Moje was designed to ensure that the residents can satisfy most of their daily needs without leaving the development. In addition to shopping, service and food establishments, the development will have a “Vistula Passage” with four separate zones named relaxation bay, play pay, activity bay and cultural bay. They will offer, among others, playgrounds and games squares, outdoor gym, amphitheatre, picnic zone with sun loungers and hammocks and a grilling spot.

The individual amenities will be made available to the residents as the successive stages of the development are completed. In the first stage we have built, among others, a city square with a fountain, specially-designed green areas with small architecture elements and the first playground.

Close Białołęka

Moje Miasto is developed in the Białołęka district of Warsaw at ul. Marywilska 62. Efficient connection of the new project with the Warsaw city center will be ensured, among others, by the Warsaw Żerań station of the SKM fast urban rail located nearby. Also, the planned Bródno metro station is located just five minutes away by car.

The general contractor for the first two stages of the project is Hochtief Polska and the architectural design has been prepared by Archiplan.
